Content:
o Theoretical foundations of CBT: familiarity with the basic principles and concepts of cognitive behavioral therapy, its history and development.
o Therapeutic techniques and interventions: teaching practical techniques such as identifying negative thoughts, cognitive restructuring, exposure and response prevention.
o Work with different disorders: CBT application in the treatment of anxiety disorders, depression, obsessions, eating disorders and personality disorders.
o Practical work and supervision: providing practical sessions under the supervision of professors, analyzing clinical cases and receiving feedback.
o Research and thesis: the possibility of conducting research related to CBT and writing a thesis under the guidance of professors.
